  • For the Society of Architectural Historians,
    a 3,500 member organization that promotes the study and preservation of the built environment—

    Assisted the Society in assessing the risks and benefits of moving its flagship journal online, and helped the Society identify a publishing partner capable of developing innovative multimedia features for the journal's online edition.

    Developed a strategic operating plan that provided an organizational structure and funding model capable of ensuring the Project's long-term sustainability.
